I have been in the People business for my entire career. For 35 years I worked in the people fields of human resources, training, coaching and service. I believed in giving my best to every role.
God has placed on my heart a mission to encourage and support others. I want to help others with their own personal challenges – whether it be maintaining a health weight, moving every day, eating better, reducing stress, or finding the right mindset.

In addition to our website, videos and other projects, I spend a significant amount of time in my color & style business. I am a certified Color Alliance image consultant with Color Me Beautiful.

I have been an Internal Medicine Physician for the last 39 years. Helping my patients achieve their best health through the use of vitamins and supplements, diet, exercise, and when needed, prescription medicines is what drives me.
I taught my holistic philosophy to residents, interns, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
I now want to focus my energy on helping you navigate through all the noise --- from fake social media and false tv advertising claims, to less than truthful resources, to family or even friends who believe they have your best interest at heart. I want to help you focus on what you really need to be the best version of yourself.
